Online Postnatal Training Programme

Pregnancy Exercise

The focus of these classes are to maintain your fitness and strengthen your body and pelvic floor in preparation for labour. We also strengthen and stretch to accommodate the postural changes of pregnancy.

The sessions are low impact and designed around what is safe for pregnancy, and taking into account any pelvic girdle pain or abdominal separation you may have.

Suitable from conception right through to birth.

Held at River Ridge Birth Centre, 35 Von Tempsky Street Hamilton on Wednesday evenings.

The sessions are designed around what is safe for you, at the stage of your pregnancy, and taking into account any weakness, imbalances or healing any abdominal separation you may have.

No need to find childcare, your little one makes friends while you get to do something for yourself.

Getting back into exercise after baby needs to be specific for a post baby body, it's not just about weight loss. Many hormone and physiological changes happen over a pregnancy and an exercise programme just designed for women isn't enough. To safely get your body back to pre-pregnancy levels you need Sheena as your pregnancy certified personal trainer.

Sessions held at the Eureka hall with plenty of free parking. The venue has toilets, kitchen facilities and heating for the winter so that your little one will be kept comfortable.

As your nutritionist I will design your meal plan for both you and your partner to maximise the chances of conception, for those already pregnant wanting to ensure adequate nutrition, or for lactating mothers to meet their requirements while having a young one to look after.

All meal plans are personalised to you.
